Controversial streamer Dalton “ChudTheBuilder’s” current public record indicates he is in jail as he currently faces charges including attempted murder and several related firearm and assault offenses. On June 3, 2026, a judge denied his request to reduce his $1 million bond, and reports at the time stated he remained in custody.
As the streamer remains locked up, new allegations against him have been leveled by YouTuber BabyJayne. In a 43-minute video titled “Chud The Chaser,” Jayne described her relationship with ChudTheBuilder, claiming she “****ed” the streamer:
“Yeah, so last year, May 2025, I ****ed ChudTheBuilder.”
In her video, BabyJayne read out screenshots of messages between the streamer and his baby mother, which detailed Chud’s rationale behind having intercourse with transgender women. Here’s what the streamer allegedly said:
“Back in the day, when women were made to be feminine, society was at its best and the least gay stuff occurred. Every time women get out of hand, we go back to the Roman days, and dudes would rather be with femboys than their bad girlfriends. Women are so manly, dudes would rather have a femboy than come home to girls who act like dudes, then call men gay for liking femboys who are more feminine than they are.”
Jayne concluded on Chud’s commentary, saying:
“It’s basically just very misogynistic.”
BabyJayne describes her intimate moments with ChudTheBuilder
In her video, Jayne shared photos of her and Chud together, one of which saw the streamer kissing her on the cheek.
Regarding their intimacy, she claimed that it reached a point of “stimulated sex.” She added context, claiming the streamer’s behaviour gave her “Ted Bundy” vibes:
“Chud was very intense. There was kind of a Ted Bundy vibe to him at times. He was bigger than me, and he could switch from being overly affectionate to annoyed and angry very quickly.”
She also alleged Chud said he loved her, and she said it back:
“I think he said ‘I love you’ a few times. I said it back. Part of me didn’t want to upset him. Maybe part of both of us meant it a little. We’re both broken people.”
In other news, the judge refused to lower ChudTheBuilder’s bond even as YouTuber Alex Rosen offers to pay $100,000 towards the livestreamer’s release.
