Days after her appearance at the 2026 Wimbledon Championships, Sabine Lisicki shared glimpses of her weekend, where she was seen enjoying her pool time while posing in a bikini. The Wimbledon finalist returned to the All England Club to compete in the invitational legends events and serve as an expert commentator.
Lisicki rose to fame in 2009 after winning her first WTA title at the Charleston Open and advancing to the quarterfinals of Wimbledon. She advanced to the grass-court Grand Slam final in 2013 and became the first German woman to reach a Major final since Steffi Graf in 1999. Lisicki achieved her career-high singles ranking of World No.12 on May 12.

She won four WTA singles titles and left the tennis world in awe with her explosive serves. The German tennis player recorded the fastest serve in WTA history during the Stanford tournament in 2014, clocking at 131.0 mph (210.8 km/h). Days after her latest competitive appearance at the Wimbledon Championships, Lisicki was seen relaxing in a pool while donning a pink bikini. Battling the scorching sun, the two-time Wimbledon finalist wrote:
“”It’s brutally hot this summer. A nice plunge into the pool is the perfect way to cool the body down. I do find it hard to drink enough water this time around though. Anybody else feeling this way?”

Sabine Lisicki gave her fans a sneak peek into her run at the 2026 Wimbledon Championships, where she competed in ladies’ invitational doubles alongside Katie O’Brien. Their run came to an end at the round-robin stage. Returning to the All England Club 13 years after competing in the final, Lisicki wrote a heartwarming message:
“It was an absolute pleasure to be back on court at @wimbledon 🍓 You all know how very special this place is to me. You knew my ups and downs and I have received so much support here. Being back playing in the Ladies Invitational doubles in front of many of you was a lot of fun. Thank you @katiejobrien for playing with me and thank you to the club for putting up such a special event for us. You took great care of us and we are very thankful for that! My smile says it all ❤️”
Sabine Lisicki suffered multiple injuries, which marred her career. The most severe setback came in 2020, when she suffered a torn ACL in her left knee and underwent surgery.
