Just days after the social media announcement, the details of the attendees at Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez’s secret wedding have emerged online.
The Portuguese superstar and the Spanish-Argentine model first met in a Gucci store in Madrid in 2016, where the latter worked as a sales assistant. They made their relationship official in January 2017.

On August 12, 2025, Rodriguez announced her engagement with the five-time Ballon d’Or winner in a post on social media. Exactly one year later, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Cascais, Portugal.
The couple posted an Instagram photo on Wednesday (August 12) and made a press release to confirm the news of their marriage. On Thursday (August 13), the Spanish Telecinco show El verano se mueve (via Hello!) revealed new details on the marriage as per the official registry document.
The document revealed that the wedding was attended by Rodriguez and Ronaldo’s five kids and four witnesses, who are listed on the marriage certificate. The first witness on the list was Ivana Rodriguez, Georgina’s sister, who shares a very close relationship with the 32-year-old.
The second is Miguel Jose (also known as Miguel Paixao), a close friend of Ronaldo’s whom he knew since they both played for Sporting CP. While Jose did not have a particularly eye-catching footballing career, the show revealed that he has always sustained a close friendship with the 41-year-old icon.
The other two witnesses were Monica and Jose, a mother-and-son pair who work in the jewelry business and are believed to be very close to Georgina.

Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo has returned to training with Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr just days after marrying long-term partner Georgina Rodriguez.
The pair tied the knot in a private ceremony in Cascais, Portugal on Tuesday (August 11). They posted a picture holding hands and showcasing their wedding bands on Wednesday (August 12), revealing the news to the world.
Just one day later, Ronaldo posted himself in training with the Knights of Najd (via @Cristiano on X). He was seen sporting a new short hairstyle dyed in an eye-catching copper yellow shade.
Since joining Al-Nassr on a free transfer in January 2023, the 41-year-old has bagged 123 goals and 24 assists in 142 appearances across all competitions. After falling short on multiple occasions in the past, he finally lifted his first trophy with the Knights of Najd in the 2025-26 season, winning the Saudi Pro League title.
Al-Nassr will kick off their title defense in their 2026-27 SPL opener against Al-Fateh on Saturday (August 15).
