Cesar Pabon, a wrestling legend who became famous while performing in AWA and WWC, has passed away. The star was 98 years old at the time of his passing.

The legendary star has died. The news was reported by PWInsider, which shared the tragic passing of the legend at 98 years of age. The wrestling legend was 98 years old when he died on September 12.
Over the course of his career, Pabon faced some of the biggest names. He was working for Verne Gagne’s AWA when he faced legends and future Hall of Famers. At the time, he wrestled Gagne himself, as well as Nick Bockwinkel, Superstar Billy Graham, Jesse Ventura, Dusty Rhodes, Baron von Raschke, Mad Dog Vachon, the Iron Sheik, and Pat Patterson. The list is a veritable who’s who among legends and stars. He went on to wrestle for Carlos Colon’s WWC in the 80s, and even after finishing up his career, he was not done.
The star went on to train several stars in the Milwaukee area.
Outside the world of sports entertainment, he was also involved in Milwaukee, working in the United Community Center, which he helped start. There, he helped kids who were at risk by creating programs to give them an option that did not involve staying on the streets. The UCC shared a post mourning the loss of the founder and sharing how much he had helped the organization to help society.
