Welcome, everyone. My name is Rob McGavin, and I’m the current Chair of Cobram Estate. It’s so lovely to see you all here, a massive crowd, something like 250 with another 100-odd online. So I’m a bit sad they’re not here as well, but maybe next year.
It is always a very exciting day and some parts of the day aren’t so exciting, which is to me the formal part of the meeting and also plowing the paddock and talking about last year’s results, which everyone’s seen and read in August and probably thought about to death. But of course, we need to cover those off, and we’re more than happy for those people who have — need more explanation to do so.
This place looks absolutely amazing, and I need to thank a couple of people quickly. There’ll be more thank yous at the end. But a big thanks to Claudia and her team on site that have made this look so good to Corbin, to Candas, particularly, I know there’s lots of others and also from the sales and marketing team, Brent, Tom and Zoran and their teams, but all the work was actually done by Andrea and Alicia. So you can thank them.
A little bit about today’s — I better start by saying that the meeting is formally open. I’m told we need 5 for a quorum. So I’m pretty reliably informed that there’s at least 5 here. So we can get underway and declare the meeting officially
