Democrats go after Biden for contemplating asylum restrictions amidst the border disaster: ‘A grave mistake’

“Cruel enforcement-only policies have been tried for 30 years and simply do not work,” Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., mentioned.

Fischer bashed Biden’s refusal to deliver again “access to asylum at ports” in addition to enhance “port processing capacity” and spend money on different options to the border disaster.

“Instead of looking forward to these solutions, President Biden continues to only look back into Trump’s playbook of cruelty,” she mentioned.
