The fun of the work is finding it.I’m drawn to the awkward setups: the undervalued names the consensus hasn’t noticed yet, the potential value traps where the numbers are starting to break the story, and the overlooked opportunities that nobody’s bothering to model. I like a thesis that earns its rating. If the math says Hold, it’s a Hold.Before I commit to a name I want to understand the business, the balance sheet, and what could go wrong — usually in that order. My background is in finance, with a long-running interest in quantitative work, predictive analytics, and anything that lets data argue against the prevailing view. I write because I enjoy turning a tangle of financials into a thesis a reader can actually use. The goal is analysis that’s worth reading after the print, not just before it.
