Highly effective Earthquake Hits Japan, Triggering Tsunami Warnings

A robust earthquake hit the Noto area of Ishikawa Prefecture in central Japan round 4:10 p.m. on Monday, triggering a number of tsunami warnings and evacuation orders in a number of prefectures.
