On September 10, 2026, streamer and content creator FunnyMike took his viewers through the aftermath of the fire that ignited in his warehouse in early August. He showcased the ruins of the warehouse, named “Funny Mike Studios,” in a video titled “MY WAREHOUSE CAUGHT ON FIRE… EVERYTHING IS GONE.” The fire happened about a month before the video’s release, around Streamer Prom 2026.
In his latest video, FunnyMike did not disclose the cause of the warehouse fire, but he did mention that the entire warehouse was severely damaged, including all of the equipment and artwork in it, except for a PC, which he was able to recover:
“The warehouse is completely burned down. Oh my god. Bro, this is devastating. I lost, chat. I lost everything completely. Like, oh my god. Everything I lost, bro. This is crazy, bro… All my artwork, bro. Everything went down in seconds, bro. Everything went down. (‘How about your PC? Is it gone?,’ asked Jay Live) The crazy part about my PC: we were able to save it.”
FunnyMike’s warehouse was officially revealed in its full functionality in February 2021. Based on his YouTube video, he purchased the property in 2019 as a content creation and streaming hub. It was decked out with arcade games, basketball hoops, trampolines, foam pits, and more, creating a funhouse aesthetic.

FunnyMike’s Streamer Prom 2026 took place on August 13. Mike explained that days before the event, his warehouse caught on fire:
“And it’s like this happened, and it’s crazy the time it happened. So, this happened like a couple days before, like four or five days before prom, and I had the pressure on me of prom after that. So, after this burndown, I still had to lock in and try to knock out prom, and for me to have to lock in and people’s and like y’all don’t… I held a lot in, bro.”
He also suggested that, considering the fire, certain streamers’ complaints about the Wi-Fi being weak at the event paled in comparison:
“I held a lot in because after prom a lot of people yeah had [problems with the] Wi-Fi, and, man, you think I want to hear about some Wi-Fi, but I ain’t let nobody know what I had going on in my life, but still I had to lock in to complete the prom mission.”
In other news, popular Twitch streamer Yonna issued a statement ahead of Streamer Prom 2026, saying that she and fellow platform member, RaKai, were “going as friends.”
