“I still feel ashamed” – Becky Lynch opens up in regards to the in-ring mistake

Becky Lynch, one of the top female superstars in WWE, opened up about an embarrassing incident from a match early in her career during a recent running interview with Kate Mackz on Instagram.

“There was one time, early on in my career. We were in the middle of a match — yay. And I was supposed to kick out at two. Instead, I thought somebody was supposed to break it up. It’s one, two, three — I didn’t kick out, and I lost the match. And it ended it like so anticlimactic. And my parents were in the audience. It was the first time they came to see me wrestle. Oh, I still feel ashamed.”

Becky Lynch is set for a major showdown on the October 26 episode of RAW

Becky Lynch is set for a major showdown against Stephanie Vaquer on the Monday episode of WWE RAW. The match could have significant implications for Lynch’s position in the women’s division, especially as tensions continue to rise among the brand’s top female stars.

The bout will determine the next challenger for Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan. Vaquer recently announced that she had been medically cleared. She had suffered an ankle injury during the triple-threat title match at Money in the Bank, where Morgan defeated both her and Lynch.

Since then, the two rivals have been eager to settle their differences. Now, RAW General Manager Adam Pearce has made their clash official. With a future championship opportunity on the line, both superstars therefore have plenty to fight for as they look to move one step closer to the Women’s World Championship.
