All right. Thank you very much, Scott. It’s — good morning, everyone. It’s Steven Gold here. Welcome you to the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders for Jaguar Uranium Corp. Again, I’m the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Uranium and will act as Chair for today’s meeting.
Before we begin the formal business of the meeting, I would like to thank you all for joining today. This is the first meeting of Jaguar shareholders that we have conducted virtually. So I ask you in advance for some patience during the course of the meeting. In order to cover the required business in an efficient manner, we have prearranged with certain shareholders to move and to second motions of the business. This is in no way intended to discourage comments and on the contrary, should any registered shareholder wish to speak on the tabled motions, please do so at any time. However, I would ask that you address me with your questions by clicking the raise hand icon at the bottom of your screen. I will be providing a brief corporate update following the meeting and encourage you to save any questions that you may have for the period following the presentation.
If shareholders present have no objections, I welcome all guests and ask any non-security holders to refrain from asking questions or voting during the formal part of the meeting. There will be an opportunity for questions after the meeting.
