KL Rahul sweats out in coaching to arrange for ODI and Test collection amid IND vs NZ 2026 T20Is [Watch]

Team India cricketer KL Rahul has offered a glimpse into his preparation in New Zealand, sharing a training video on Instagram with the caption “prep work” as India build toward their upcoming ODI and Test series against the hosts.

Rahul was seen facing teammate Mukesh Choudhary in the nets in the video. He played a defensive shot before returning the ball to the bowler. On the other hand, a four-image carousel offered a more personal look at Rahul’s time away from the cricket field.

The first image showed Rahul taking a selfie outdoors, wearing a blue cap, sunglasses and a varsity-style jacket. The second captured him talking to a man across a tiled counter in what appears to be a cafe. In the third, Rahul posed for a group selfie with teammates, all dressed in dark-colored jackets.

The final photograph showed him seated in a spectator stand alongside Devdutt Padikkal, both watching the third T20I between India and New Zealand in Wellington.

The post comes as Rahul works to acclimatize to New Zealand conditions ahead of the ODI and Test series. The 50-over leg will get underway on November 4, while the Tests will begin on November 19 in Wellington, with the second Test scheduled in Christchurch from November 27.
