Officers took the misplaced lamb to a close-by outstation and fed it.

“The lamb was tired and hungry because she had been out there for at least two days so we took her to the nearby Watford Gap outstation and gave her some warm milk,” Flynn stated.

Flynn, who grew up on a farm, stated he knew the quantity on the lamb’s tag would match the one worn by its mom, so he took the infant animal to a close-by area the place there was a flock of sheep.
