NJ teen accused of filming clients in retailer toilet, police consider there are extra victims

Police in New Jersey have arrested a teen for invasion of privateness after he was allegedly caught filming a retailer buyer in a public toilet. 

Evesham Township Cops had been dispatched to a Burlington division retailer on South Route 73 on November 26 for a report of suspicious exercise.

“The caller/victim reported that while using the public bathroom he observed a cell phone being held under the stall, recording him,” police stated on Fb.

The sufferer notified retailer workers and police after he left the restroom.

David Reyes, 19, was arrested after police discovered him nonetheless within the toilet, in response to 6 ABC.

Investigators consider that extra victims could also be on the market.

“His cell phone was recovered. Based on a preliminary investigation, we believe there are more victims,” Evesham Township Police Chief Walt Miller advised FOX 29 Philadelphia. “We are doing a search warrant now, so that’s why I want to get the information out into the public.” 

Reyes has been launched from jail, pending his first look in Burlington County Superior Court, Evesham Township Police stated.
