Pennsylvania group lights up houses ‘Blue for Benny’ after toddler dies all of the sudden

A Pennsylvania community has rallied in help for a younger household whose two-year-old son, Benny, handed away all of the sudden.

The Delco neighborhood in Broomall has been lit up in blue gentle for a number of days as houses and companies have gone “Blue for Benny” to mourn the Petransky household’s loss. Benny is survived by his mom and father, in addition to their oldest son, five-year-old Ari.

“I have to be strong for Ari because he keeps saying, ‘Wipe your tears, Mommy. It’s going to be OK,’” mother Natalie Petransky informed FOX 29. “I just don’t want him to think I’m not strong for him.”

Members of the family, mates, neighbors and companies have since come collectively to help the Petranskys after their horrible loss.

The group put up blue lights to go Blue for Benny, and a Meal Practice web page has been arrange by Eric’s colleagues within the real estate business, FOX 29 reported.

As of time of publication, the donation web page has raised greater than $120,000 for the household. 

Nicole Gallo, a household pal, informed FOX 29 the message the group desires the Petransky’s to obtain is “you are not alone.” 

“You are not by yourself. We all feel your grief. We just want to honor this baby,” Gallo stated.

Funeral companies for Benny might be held on Wednesday. On Monday, Eric and Natalie bought matching tattoos to honor their son.

“I don’t know what next week will bring. I don’t know what next month or next year will hold, ten years, 20 years, but it will never go away,” Natalie informed FOX 29.
