Indian pacer Prince Yadav produced a match-defining moment of brilliance, nailing an accurate yorker to halt former Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) all-rounder Michael Bracewell in the fourth T20I between New Zealand and India at Eden Park, Auckland.
Bracewell was running riot in the death overs, blasting a sensational 65 off just 25 deliveries before the dismissal checked New Zealand’s scoring rate.
The dismissal unfolded on the final delivery of the 18th over. Prince charged in and speared a pinpoint, tailing full ball straight into the blockhole around leg stump. Bracewell attempted an audacious ramp shot behind square, exposing his stumps as he shuffled across the crease.
Beaten entirely for pace and trajectory, the left-hander failed to connect, and the ball struck him flush on the boot right in front of middle stump. The on-field umpire raised his finger without hesitation. Bracewell reviewed the decision immediately, but Hawkeye tracking upheld the call as three reds, ending his destructive stay.

Glenn Phillips orchestrates masterclass as Kiwis pile on runs after India elect to bowl
After Indian captain Shreyas Iyer won the toss and opted to bowl first, New Zealand mounted a relentless assault despite losing early wickets.
Speedster Mayank Yadav struck early blows by removing Tim Seifert (3) and Daryl Mitchell (24), leaving the Black Caps at 34/2 in the third over. Finn Allen quickly retaliated with an explosive 31 off 17 deliveries before falling to Axar Patel.
The innings, however, belonged to Glenn Phillips, who once again proved why he has been New Zealand’s standout batter in the series. Phillips notched his third fifty-plus score of the ongoing five-match rubber, having already struck a breathtaking unbeaten 82 off 40 balls in Christchurch. In Auckland, he elevated his dominance even further, bringing up a 46-ball century.
Phillips and Bracewell dismantled the Indian bowling attack in the second half of the innings, combining for a scintillating 120-run stand off just 44 deliveries. Bracewell’s counter-attack saw him clear the ropes six times at a staggering strike rate of 260.00, while Phillips kept the boundaries flowing to propel the hosts toward a massive total.
The Black Caps eventually posted 259 for seven at the end of 20 overs, with Phillips scoring 107 off 49 deliveries, including six fours and 10 maximums. India, notably, have already clinched the series having won the first three T20Is.
