Protection Secretary Austin moved to important care unit for obvious bladder challenge

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin was transferred to the important care unit at Walter Reed Nationwide Navy Medical Heart Sunday night time after being transported to the hospital earlier within the day.

Austin was transported to the hospital by his safety element on Sunday for signs suggesting an emergent bladder challenge, based on a press release launched by the Division of Protection from his docs.

Following a sequence of checks and evaluations, Austin was admitted into the important care unit Sunday night time for supportive care and shut monitoring, the assertion added.

“At this time, it is not clear how long Secretary Austin will remain hospitalized,” the assertion mentioned. “The current bladder issue is not expected to change his anticipated full recovery. His cancer prognosis remains excellent. Updates on the Secretary’s condition will be provided as soon as possible.”
