“Another tragedy from crossing the dangerous Rio Grande in Eagle Pass,” Olivarez wrote.

The Texas Navy Division stated its troopers have been in direct communication with Border Patrol on Jan. 12 when it requested entry to Shelby Park upon studying of distressed migrants. Troopers stated they informed Border Patrol when it requested entry that Mexican authorities had already recovered the our bodies of two drowned migrants.
