“I think that is absolutely ridiculous,” Bryan mentioned. 

Through the assembly, Bryan went on to deal with Home Invoice 308, a 2013 legislation signed by then-Gov. Rick Perry, which added a piece to the Texas Training Code particularly stating that college students and public faculty academics are allowed to say “Merry Christmas,” “Happy Hanukkah” and “Happy Holidays.”
