Hanna Cavinder and Trevor Keegan started dating just a few weeks before her sister Haley Cavinder’s wedding, which was on May 22nd.
Just a week before her wedding to Jake Ferguson, Haley Cavinder shared a TikTok where she gave her honest reaction to her twin and Keegan’s relationship.
“A week before my wedding and my twin decides it’s the perfect time to get a boyfriend. The audacity,” Haley Cavinder wrote as she playfully eye rolled and gave a back-side view of her twin, Hanna, and Trevor Keegan.
Keegan and Cavinder went on a romantic getaway to Key West after attending Jake Ferguson’s wedding.

Before getting into a relationship with Keegan, Hanna Cavinder dated the former Miami Hurricanes and George Bulldogs quarterback, Carson Beck. But the couple broke up in April 2025 after Cavinder unfollowed him and removed pictures with Beck from her social media accounts.
