When Donald Trump took over a political party, his false realities became the dogma of one of the two major political parties. Trump was amplified, and his unwavering commitment to living in his own universe attracted others who mistook delusion for strength and vision.

Trump isn’t a gifted politician. He isn’t a great communicator, personally liked, respected, or a master of the levers of government.

The president’s superpower has been in the ability to build false worlds, but Trump has run into a reality that has neutralized his one power.
