A younger lady has died after a big sand gap she was digging together with her brother collapsed on each of them at a South Florida seashore on Tuesday, authorities mentioned.
The lady, believed to be round 7 years outdated, was playfully digging the outlet at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea with the boy, 8, when tragedy struck and the sand caved in on them. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a city in Broward County about 33 miles north of Miami.
Emergency crews responded to the scene at round 3 p.m. to seek out the boy buried up his chest within the sand, mentioned Sandra King, a spokesperson for Pompano Beach Fire Rescue.
