How to get Unbound Kina in Aion 2 (market forex)

Kina is the primary in-game currency in Aion 2, used across various tasks. It comes in three types, but we’re covering Unbound Kina here, which you use to trade in the Market. You can even sell it to other players for premium currency, making it a good way to earn Quna without spending real-world money.

Unfortunately, because it’s used to earn premium currency, Unbound Kina in Aion 2 is much harder to farm than other types of Kina and is only available through limited sources.

All ways to farm Unbound Kina in Aion 2

After completing the main story, which took around 10 hours of grinding, I’ve accumulated a little over 100,000 Unbound Kina. However, that’s only because during leveling, you’ll only have a single source. After you complete the story quest and max out your character, you’ll gain access to more activities. Here’s a breakdown of all the places you can farm Unbound Kina:

1) Open-world monsters and Abyss

The most basic way to get Unbound Kina in Aion 2 is by defeating monsters in the open world. Every enemy you defeat has a chance to drop resources or items, but you always get a small amount of currency. You usually get 200-400 Unbound Kina, so farming this way will take time. To make it more efficient, you can also farm materials like Refining Stones or collect Pets while hunting monsters.

Similarly, you can do the same in Abyss, as it also contains a large number of monsters. However, this zone has PvP enabled, so other players may be after you, making farming harder.

2) Transcendence and Sanctuary dungeons

After reaching level 45, you’ll gain access to the Transcendence and Sanctuary dungeons. Unlike regular dungeons, they guarantee an Unbound Kina reward from the cube after you defeat the bosses. However, both have restrictions that prevent you from playing them early on. First, you need a level 45 character, followed by a minimum amount of item level.

Transcendence needs at least 1,600 item level and can only be done 10 times a week. Each run gives you 100,000 Unbound Kina, so a total of one million every week. The amount is the same for Sanctuary, but it requires 2,500 item power and can only be done once a week.

3) Selling items on the Market

You don’t choose the rewards at the end of an activity, but you can trade items you don’t need, making it the best way to farm Unbound Kina in Aion 2. If you have rare items like Unique armor that isn’t Soul-bound, or higher tiers of Manastones, you can sell them for a reasonable price in the Market. It’s accessible after reaching level 45.

For now, these are all the ways to earn Unbound Kina. Weekly activities will earn you around 2 million, assuming you have an item level of 2,500. Other than that, it’s either monster hunting across the open world or trading with other players.
