Twitch streamer Kaise has claimed that Zack “Asmongold” “never washes his hands” after using the toilet, just days after she called him out for leaving his home’s toilet “unusable.” On July 20, 2026, X user @Awk20000 posted a 48-second video from Kaise’s recent livestream from Asmongold’s house.
In it, she explained why she believed the Austin, Texas-based personality “never washes his hands.”
Kaise said:
“You do not wash your hands. You know how I know you never wash your hands? I can say it, I don’t want another ****gate. So, the same day I saw the dookie stain, I was going to go ***, I saw two bottles of handwash there, completely full. One of them, I actually opened it. Do you know, you have to do the little twisty thing to open a hand soap? I opened it. What is it there for? Why is it just sitting there? You’re not even using it! It was brand new.”
In response, Asmongold stated:
“I did! Oh, ****! Oh… Thank you. Somebody comes over, and they want to wash their hands. I try to care for my guests.”
Fans on X had a lot to say about Kaise’s claims.

“I think this is clearly a bit designed to troll on people amidst an already polarized veiw of Asmon. People crying on both sides; “he’s disgusting!” vs “she’s so mean to him!” People need to get lives and stop taking this **** so seriously.” X user @reddullard remarked.
Asmongold explains why he “lives in a squalor” despite making millions
During a livestream on July 20, 2026, Asmongold commented on netizens’ reactions after a video went viral showing Kaise discovering a cockroach’s head inside his refrigerator.
Responding to an X user’s question about why he “lives in a squalor” despite making millions of dollars, the Twitch streamer said:
“I will give you the honest-to-god genuine reason why. It’s because I literally just do not give a ****. If somebody came in and cleaned everything up, it would probably stay clean. I don’t know how that roach head got in there. I have no idea how it got in there. I mean, these things happen. Right?”
Furthermore, Asmongold responded to those making “weird comments” about him and Kaise on X by saying that “it’s actually crazy how mad these people are.”
