Tyreek Hill is a free agent, however, the wideout’s civil trial complicates his effort to return to the NFL. On Thursday, Hill admitted under oath that he pushed his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, into a wall and threatened her, but denied ever hitting, scratching, spitting on, or trying to punch her while she was pregnant, among other claims.
When analyst Nick Wright caught wind of Hill’s testimony, he slammed the receiver over his off-field issues.
Thanks for the submission!
“The non-football side is this: We’ve had a ton of evidence dating back to college that Tyreek Hill, in all likelihood, is a bad dude,” Wright said on “The Dan Le Batard Show” on Thursday. “He was in all likelihood a bad dude when I was rooting for him.”

During his testimony, Hill also acknowledged telling Vaccaro he could get other people to hurt her, and added that he was “deeply ashamed” of making the threat.
The NFL is actively reviewing the allegations against Hill under its Personal Conduct Policy.
In 2019, Hill made headlines following a child abuse investigation regarding his 3-year-old son, who suffered a broken arm. However, a local district attorney stated that a crime appeared to have been committed against the child, but prosecutors could not definitively prove who caused the injury, which meant criminal charges were filed. In July 2019, the NFL announced it would not suspend Hill under its personal conduct policy.
Tyreek Hill was linked with a return to the Chiefs last week

Last week, reports claimed that the Kansas City Chiefs were interested in bringing Tyreek Hill back to the franchise to give quarterback Patrick Mahomes another offensive weapon. However, it remains to be seen if the wideout will return to the league anytime soon amid his off-field issues.
Hill was drafted by the Chiefs in the fifth round in 2016. He helped them win the Super Bowl in 2020.
The Chiefs traded Hill to the Miami Dolphins in March 2022. He spent four years with the Dolphins before they released him in February this year.
Hill is an eight-time Pro Bowler, and is considered one of the best free agents available on the market.
